Informed K12 APIs

Informed K12's mission is to help school districts and education organizations operate more efficiently, and our APIs enable you to integrate Informed K12 with other platforms used by your organization.

We have 3 APIs:

  • Campaign Responses: Export form submission data, customizing data ranges and choosing which form fields to export into external systems or to trigger actions
  • Data Source: Import data to prefill forms, eliminating manual entry and improving accuracy of data
  • User Management: Create users, update users and retrieve a user or list of users

  • Streamline timesheet data into your payroll system
  • Trigger new account creation from completed New Hire form
  • Automatically import emergency contact info to your ERP from onboarding packet
  • Prefill position control number, account codes, and other job specific information in personnel action forms

Who can access APIs

Users with Form Admin permission can access Data Source and Campaign Responses APIs. Users with People Admin permission can access User Management API. Users will need an API token.
